Artichoke Parmesan Sauce
A delicious topping for chicken, fish & pasta with the tang of fresh lemon juice!
- 1 jar The Olive Tap’s Artichoke Parmesan Tapenade, Truffled Artichoke Tapenade, or Artichoke Lemon Tapenade
- 2 C. chicken broth
- 3/4 C. fresh squeezed lemon juice
- lemon, sliced thin
Over medium heat, cook chicken broth until reduced in half. Blend in the tapenade and simmer for one minute. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Serve over baked or sautéed chicken. Garnish with lemon slices. Serve with pasta or rice and steamed asparagus. Also wonderful over fish.
