A quick and tasty appetizer!
- 1 jar of The Olive Tap’s Bruschetta Topping, Tapenade or Bread Topper (your favorite)
- 1 loaf of Fresh Italian White Country Bread
- 2-3 garlic cloves, peeled
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Slice bread into 1” slices. Grill or broil both sides until browned. Rub both sides with fresh garlic cloves. Spread your choice of topping on one side. Top with parsley. Serve immediately.
