Buffalo Cauliflower Tacos
Ingredients:
For the cauliflower:
1/2 head cauliflower cut in bite sized pieces
•4 tsp. The Olive Tap’s Roasted Garlic Olive Oil
•1 tsp. garlic powder
•1 tsp. chili powder
•3/4 cup buffalo sauce
•pepper to taste
For the tacos:
•4 taco-sized flour or corn tortillas
AND your choice of topping.
Pictured:
•1/4 head red cabbage
•1/2 avocado pitted and diced
•vegan ranch to taste
•green onion diced
•Drizzle of The Olive Tap’s Cilantro and Red Onion Olive Oil
Directions:
1. In a large bowl combine cauliflower, olive oil, garlic powder, chili powder, pepper and 1/4 cup of buffalo sauce. Stir to combine. Spread evenly.
2. Put into air fryer and cook at 350 for 10 minutes, shake/stir halfway through.
3. Split Buffalo cauliflower mixture among tacos
4. Top as desired, then drizzle with Cilantro & Red Onion Olive Oil and serve immediately
