A quick & tasty accompaniment to pasta or soup!
- White or Whole Grain Baguette
- Your favorite The Olive Tap’s 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- The Olive Tap’s Roasted Garlic Olive Oil
- Coarse Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
Toast the bread. Lightly pour the Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Garlic Olive Oil over the bread. (Some people heat the olive oil, but it’s not required.) Then sprinkle the bread with salt and pepper.
This is particularly good with Italian food and Chianti Classico.
