Champagne Vinaigrette
A refreshing, white vinaigrette for a multitude of salads.
Ingredients:
- 1 shallot, peeled and quartered
- 1/4 C. The Olive Tap’s Champagne Vinegar
- 1/4 C. The Olive Tap’s 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil (medium fruity: Castile, Mia’s Blend)
- 1 T. Dijon Mustard
- 3/4 t. salt
- Freshly Ground Pepper, to taste
Directions:
Combine shallot, Champagne Vinegar, EVOO, mustard, salt and pepper in a blender. Puree until smooth.
