Chocolate Olive Oil Crostini with Sea Salt
This super simple recipe makes an irresistible appetizer or snack.
• 1 baguette
• The Olive Tap’s Chocolate Olive Oil
• The Olive Tap’s Chocolate Covered Cherries Balsamic Vinegar (or your favorite)
• The Olive Tap’s Flake Sea Salt
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Slice the bread and brush both sides with Chocolate Olive Oil. Place the slices on a cookie sheet and bake, turning the slices once, until slices are lightly golden at the edges and perfectly crisp and crunchy.
Whisk together 3 Tablespoons Chocolate Olive Oil and 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar and drizzle over crostini. (May substitute melted dark chocolate to drizzle, if desired).
Finish with tiny pinches of flaky sea salt. Enjoy!
