Chocolate Riserva Surprise Cupcakes
A simple, gourmet dessert with a surprise in the middle!
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1/3 C. The Olive Tap’s Aceto Balsamico di Modena, Riserva
- Freshly Whipped Cream
- Chopped Nuts (optional)
Bake mini chocolate cupcakes according to instructions on box, and cool. With the end of a wooden spoon, create a small cavity in the center of each cupcake. Drizzle Riserva in the cupcake cavity. Top with freshly whipped cream, nuts (optional) and a cherry. Serve immediately
