Easy Tapenade Spread
This easy recipe for a tapenade spread will take just minutes to make, and will be a hit at your next party! Choose from our many Olive Tap Tapenades and make it to your liking.
- 1/2 T. The Olive Tap’s 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil (your favorite)
- 1 jar of any of The Olive Tap’s Tapenades or Bruschetta Toppings
- 1 12 oz. tub of whipped cream cheese or goat cheese (at room temperature)
- 2 T. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a shallow glass pie pan or 8″ x 8″ baking dish with the olive oil. Spread the cheese across the entire bottom of pan. Dollop the tapenade over the cheese, once again spreading evenly. Finish with grated cheese.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes, until bubbly. Serve immediately as a tasty spread with freshly sliced crusty Italian bread or crackers.
