
Edamame Salad
This Edamame Salad uses our Sesame Oil and Lambrusco Serranp Pepper Honey Vinegar as a vinaigrette. Combined with mandarin oranges, almonds, and water chestnuts, it's super healthy, and good!
Ingredients:
12 oz. Edamame, shelled
1 t. Garlic Salt
1 C. Mandarin Oranges, mostly drained
3 oz. Water Chestnuts, diced
1/4 C. sliced Almonds
2 T. The Olive Tap’s Lambrusco Serrano Pepper Honey Vinegar
1 T. The Olive Tap’s Sesame Oil
Juice of 1/2 Lime
Directions:
Season Edamame with garlic salt. Blend with remaining ingredients and chill.
