Granny Smith Balsamic Vodka Fizz
The perfect refreshing summer or fall cocktail Featuring our Granny Smith Apple White Balsamic Vinegar!
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. vodka
- 1/2 oz. The Olive Tap’s Granny Smith Apple White Balsamic Vinegar
- Squeeze of fresh lime juice
- 3 oz. sparkling water or club soda (I like Lacroix)
*This will work well with our Peach or Siclilan Lemon White Balsamic, too!
Directions:
Combine First 3 ingredients in a shaker and shake briefly. Pour over ice, add fresh lime juice, and club soda.
Garnish with a lime wedge or some fresh mint.
