
Homemade Choco-Orange Brownies
Orange and chocolate is a winning combination...and it's great in these brownies using our Blood Orange Olive Oil!
Ingredients:
- 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
- 1 T. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 C. flour
- 1 t. baking powder
- 3/4 t. salt
- 2 C. sugar
- 1 C. chopped walnuts
- 1/2 C. butter
- 1/2 C. The Olive Tap’s Blood Orange Olive Oil
- 1 T. vanilla
- 4 eggs
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt chocolate (both kinds) in small pot. Combine dry ingredients in bowl. In large pot, melt butter. Add Blood Orange Olive Oil, vanilla, and melted chocolate. Remove from heat and add eggs, one at a time. Fold in dry ingredients.
Grease and flour 8” square pan. Pour mixture into pan and bake for 45 mins.
