Linda Smith’s Garlic Bread
This easy-to-make recipe featuring Olive Tap Garlic Oil and Pesto will become a favorite accompaniment to all of your Italian meals.
Crusty French or Italian Bread
Garlic Olive Oil from The Olive Tap
Shredded Parmigiano Reggiano
Cut the bread into thick slices. Brush with the Garlic Olive Oil. Spread on the pesto. Place under the broiler until the bread starts to toast. Sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese and return to the broiler until the cheese melts.
You can substitute chopped basil, parsley, salt, and pepper for the pesto.
