Linda Smith’s Pasta Sun Dried Tomatoes
A simple, quick pasta dish for busy cooks that is full of flavor!
Ingredients:
Your favorite pasta
The Olive Tap Basil Olive Oil
Olive Tap Roasted Garlic Olive Oil
Olive Tap Extra Virgin Olive Oil (your favorite)
Olive Tap Sun-Dried Tomato & Basil Bruschetta Topping
Directions:
Cook the pasta al-dente, then drain.
Mix 1 part Roasted Garlic, 1 part Basil, and 2 parts Extra Virgin Olive Oils. Toss the oils with the cooked pasta. Spoon in a few tablespoons of the Sun-Dried Tomato & Basil Bruschetta Topping and blend.
