Linda Smith’s Tuscan Salad
- Chopped romaine and other greens
- Cubed mozzarella cheese
- Sliced pepperoni
- Sliced black olives
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- The Olive Tap’s Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil (or your favorite 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
- The Olive Tap’s Aceto Balsamico di Modena, 3-Leaf Quality Balsamic Vinegar
In a salad bowl, toss all the ingredients except the olive oil and balsamic.
Whisk three parts olive oil to one part balsamic vinegar, and toss into the greens. Season with sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.
