
Lynn’s Nicoise Dressing
This dressing is very versatile! It can be used on salad; as a topping for fresh cooked vegetables like green beans, potatoes or spinach; or as a finisher for fish such as grilled tuna or swordfish.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup The Olive Tap’s Red Wine Vinegar
Green onion, sliced
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 C. The Olive Tap’s Italiano Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 1/2 t. dried thyme
1 1/2 T. The Olive Tap’s dried basil
3 oz. capers, drained
2 oz. sliced black olives, drained
Directions:
Simply whisk all of the ingredients together in a bowl and serve!
