Marinated Black Olive Tapas
This quick and easy recipe is sure to delight any olive lover!
- Cider Vinegar
- Lemon Juice
- Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper
- Parsley (remove stems)
- Fresh Basil
- Black Olives
- Drizzle of The Olive Tap’s 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Mix the cider vinegar, lemon juice, salt and freshly-ground pepper with a blender. Add a good drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, some chopped parsley, tarragon and basil. Blend all ingredients together. Pour over your black pitted olives. and serve.
