Mario’s Pomegranate Vinaigrette
A delicious vinaigrette of Sorrento Lemon and Pomegranate on a salad, with nuts and cheeses especially!
Ingredients:
- Your favorite salad greens
- Crumbled Blue or Feta cheese
- Coarsely chopped pecans
- The Olive Tap’s Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar
- Craisins
- The Olive Tap’s Sorrento Lemon Olive Oil
- Dijon mustard
Directions:
Arrange the salad greens in a plate or bowl.
Make the vinaigrette by whisking 2 parts Sorrento Lemon Olive Oil with 1 part Pomegranate Balsamic and about 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard.
Drizzle the vinaigrette over the greens and sprinkle on the cheese, pecans, and dried fruit.

my favorite is arugula with sliced bosc pear, pomegranate seeds or raspberries, pecans toasted in cast iron skillet, crumbled blue cheese, thin sliced endive. Dressing is your mango/coconut vinegar, macadamia nut oil with a little cinnamon, salt and pepper. Definitely magnificent.
