Mexican Inspired Marinade For Flank Steak
A zesty marinade perfect for fajitas, or tacos!
- 1/4 C. + 2 T. The Olive Tap’s Serrano Pepper Honey Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 C. + 2 T. The Olive Tap’s Persian Lime Olive Oil
- 1/4 C. Mexican Spice Blend (your favorite)
- Whole head of garlic (about 20 cloves, peeled)
- Zest of one lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
Place all ingredients together in a food processor and process until well combined. It will almost turn to a paste. Rub onto the steaks, and let marinate from 4 hours up to 12 hours. Grill to your liking, and slice against the grain. Serve on it’s own or as a filling for delicious fajitas or tacos!
