
Ingredients:
- 1 pear, peeled
- 1/4 C. The Olive Tap’s 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 C. The Olive Tap’s Sorrento Lemon Agrumato Olive Oil
- 2 T. The Olive Tap’s Champagne Pear Vinegar
- 2 T. The Olive Tap’s Premium White Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 T. fresh minced ginger
Directions:
Grate the pear into a large bowl. Immediately cover with the Champagne Pear and White Balsamic Vinegars to prevent discoloration. Add the ginger and salt and pepper. Whisk in the olive oil and Sorrento Lemon Olive Oil.
Makes 3/4 cup vinaigrette
