Nicole’s Asparagus Tomato Salad
An easy and refreshing twist on aspargus!
Ingredients:
- Fresh Asparagus
- The Olive Tap’s Premium White Balsamic Vinegar
- Fresh Tomato
- Grated Parmesan
- The Olive Tap’s 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil, milder of fruity style
- Garlic Salt
Directions:
Cut tomatoes and asparagus into bite seized pieces. Wisk olive oil and vinegar together in a bowl with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Pour olive oil and vinegar over vegetables. Microwave for about a minute and a half until vegetables are cooked through.
Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and enjoy!
