Ingredients:
Fresh Asparagus
Olive Tap White Balsamic Vinegar
Fresh Tomato
Grated Parmesan
Picual or a mild Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Garlic Salt
Directions:
Cut tomatoes and asparagus into bite seized pieces. Wisk olive oil and vinegar together in a bowl with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Pour olive oil and vinegar over vegetables. Microwave for about a minute and a half until vegetables are cooked through.
Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and enjoy!
