Linda Smith’s Fried Potatoes

Easy pan fried potatoes with pesto!

Ingredients:

  • White Potatoes
  • The Olive Tap’s Roasted Garlic Olive Oil
  • Pesto Seasoning
  • The Olive Tap’s Italiano Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Favorite EVOO

Directions:

Thinly slice the potatoes.  Generously coat the bottom of a pan with the Garlic Olive Oil and Italiano.  Vary the oil proportions according to taste.  Fry until crispy.

Remove the potatoes from the pan and sprinkle with the pesto seasoning.
