Linda Smith’s Fried Potatoes
Easy pan fried potatoes with pesto!
Olive Tap Garlic Olive Oil
Olive Tap Italiano Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Thinly slice the potatoes. Generously coat the bottom of a pan with the Garlic Olive Oil and Italiano. Vary the oil proportions according to taste. Fry until crispy.
Remove the potatoes from the pan and sprinkle with the pesto seasoning.
