Jean’s Asian Porcini Vinaigrette
5 Tablespoons Olive Tap Porcini Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Olive Tap Premium White Balsamic Vinegar
2 Teaspoons Light Soy Sauce
1 Teaspoon Brown Sugar
A Few Drops of Olive Tap Roasted Sesame Oil
1/8 Teaspoon of Ground White Pepper
Place all ingredients in a covered container and shake to fully blend. Use immediately or refrigerate and use within one week.
Perfect served over your favorite salad greens, red cabbage, green onions, slivered almonds, toasted ramen noodles and baby shrimp. A great salad to have with an Asian meal.
