Lynne’s Italian Crusted Chicken
An easy crispy chicken dinner...top with your favorite sauce!
1-2 C. of Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/3 C. Parmesan cheese
1 T. The Olive Tap’s dried oregano
1 T. The Olive Tap’s dried basil
4-5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 C. to 1 C. The Olive Tap’s Italiano Extra Virgin Olive Oil or any 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Blend bread crumbs with cheese and spices. Dip chicken in olive oil, then dip chicken into bread crumb mixture.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until juice is clear and chicken is no longer pink.
