
Moroccan Lamb Stew
This amazing lamb stew makes for a hearty, comforting meal!
Ingredients:
1½- 2 lbs. Lamb stew meat
1 Onion, chopped
1 Celery stalk, sliced thinly
1 Carrot, sliced
1 Clove garlic, pressed
1 can Diced tomatoes (19 oz. can)
1/3 cup Chicken broth
1/3 cup Raisins
2 tbl. Tomato paste
¼ tsp. Tumeric
¼ tsp. Red pepper flakes
¼ tsp. Pepper
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on high for 4-5 hours, low 8-10 hours. Serve with couscous. Serves 4.
