Raspberry Balsamic Fruit Salad
- 6-8 C. assorted fruit, cut up (Strawberries, cantaloupe, blueberries, and kiwi work best)
- Zest and juice from one lime
- 2 T. honey
- 3 T. The Olive Tap’s Raspberry White Balsamic Vinegar
Whisk together lime juice, honey and balsamic vinegar until well blended. Pour mixture over fruit and stir to combine. May be made a couple of hours ahead of time to allow the fruit salad to develop more flavor. Garnish with lime zest and serve.
Recipe may be doubled for a larger salad.
