Chocolate Balsamic Strawberry Salad
Arugula, spinach, or any salad greens of your choice
2 cups strawberries, halved
1/4 cup Stilton or Gorgonzola, crumbled
Olive Tap Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar
Olive Tap Extra Virgin Olive Oil of your choice (or Sorrento Orange Olive Oil)
Divide leaves between plates.
Slice cucumber lengthwise, seed, and slice into half-moon shapes.
Arrange Stilton, cucumber, and strawberries on the arugula.
Drizzle dressing on top.
