Dark Chocolate Balsamic Truffles
- 18 oz. good quality dark chocolate
- 14 oz. condensed milk
- 3 T. The Olive Tap’s Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 t. almond extract
- Almonds (toasted and finely chopped)
- Cocoa Powder
In a pan over low heat, melt chocolate and condensed milk, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and stir in balsamic vinegar and almond extract.
Pour into a glass dish and chill. Shape into balls and roll in almonds or cocoa powder. Chill until firm.
