Maddie’s Fruit Salad
Fennel, fruit, and a Peach Citrus Vinaigrette….outstanding!
- At least 3 different kinds of berries and/or fruit
- Fennel (Italian finocchio)
- The Olive Tap’s Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
- The Olive Tap’s Sorrento Lemon Olive Oil
Separate the fennel, then dice. Use enough fennel to add some crunch and a little bit of anise flavor to the salad, but be careful not to overpower the fruit. Mix the fruit with the fennel in a bowl.
Make a vinaigrette using 1 part Sorrento Lemon Olive Oil to 4 parts Peach Balsamic. Drizzle on the fruit salad and serve.
