Olive Oil Sundae
Scoop a generous scoop of the ice cream or gelato in a small bowl. With a chopstick or straw create holes in the ice cream or gelato. Drizzle Olive Tap’s Ascolano 100% EVOO generously over top, paying close attention to allow the EVOO to fill the holes (this is so the olive oil is incorporated throughout the sundae and not just on top). Finish with a generous sprinkling of gourmet sea salt to taste and enjoy!
