
Ingredients:
- ¾ C. each apples, peaches, pears, bananas, grapes, oranges, kiwi and cherries
- A few drops of vanilla extract
- Sugar to taste
- 2 t. Maraschino liquor
- 2 t. The Olive Tap’s Orange Vincotto
- Juice of 1 lemon
Directions:
Dice fruit into small cubes and place into a serving bowl. Add vanilla, sugar, and maraschino liquor, Orange Vincotto and marinate 2 to 3 hours. Add lemon juice. If desired, vodka or tequila may be added.
